This is a view looking aft at Quadrant II. You can see fin "B" at the top and fin "A" would be at the bottom of the photo. The "USA" shown here would be typical of the first two Saturn V flights, Apollo 4 and 6. Subsequent versions had "squared-off" tops and bottoms.
