Longshot of two tower levels. I don't believe that this is truly the top two levels, due to the walkway visible on the left side. This walkway appears on photos to be on the level with the crew access arm, about four levels from the top. The way the tower was cut apart when stored in the industrial area would make it possible to assemble any two sections in this manner. Also, the level just under the crane deck had the elevator equipment room on it. This is not visible here.
