These photos are of CSM 119 on display at the Saturn V Center at KSC.
This flight hardware was on standby as a rescue vehicle for Skylab 4 and later, the backup CSM for the Apollo-Soyuz Test Project.
Missing from this CSM are the yellow heatshield ring at the base of the service propulsion engine, the docking probe and the docking ring, the latter due to the explosive charge it contains.
Since this was a rescue vehicle or a backup, depending on the mission, it does not have some equipment that would have been installed on a lunar mission. The EVA handholds, EVA light, and High-gain S-band antenna are not installed.
